I was recently made aware that the texas “un” family law group had published a report of the bills THEY killed this last session. You can read it here.
Some observations, the foundation didn’t kill the bills, in fact from the video, they spent a decent portion of the hearing getting spanked by the committee.
Personally, I am shocked that these guys are so brazen and over the top bragging about what they are doing, especially since there is video showing how they fared.
My personal opinion is that they all wasted enough time to where it ran out of time to move forward. And based on some research, there is always one reason or another why these equal shared parenting bills don’t make it.
When are we gonna stop letting these people profit off our children?
