The website, youtube channel, and Facebook page all came out of a promise I made to my kids that I would not let what happened to me in the “family” courts happen to them. I want to change the biased laws and have equality that if/when they decide to get married and things DON’T work out, they do not have to go through what I went through.
As I was making the site, I knew that I needed a logo and wanted to pay my respects to both my father and my grandmother. The anchor is because my father was in the navy and was very proud of his service. The needle and thread was for my grandmother who was a seamstress.
the “if Not NOW, When?” is basically telling you that if you don’t get off your butt and do something now, when will you (ie never).
