Custody Database Plan

At each county court house, users can access divorce/custody information, which can be used to create a report of how Texas Family Court judges are awarding custody. Two reports by the Texas Father’s Rights Movement have been released; one for Tarrant County and Brazoria County.

In the to be created database, we will be able to display statistical data relating to judicial performance, which can later be used for informing the public. Alternatively, this site has started collecting Judge data (not just for family law).

In another effort, a team is being spun up to implement “Court Watchers” specifically for Family Courts across Texas.
