The Covid-19 experience has given the equal shared parenting community an unheard of opportunity, the ability to watch court proceedings. Before, in order to “court watch”, someone would have to drive to the court house, spend a lot of time and money…..and may even get the judge “witness” game.
As more and more people are handling their court cases through youtube/zoom meetings, judges are taking notice (and more importantly responding positively) to knowing their courts are being watched. In fact, one judge pointed it out during the hearing that a large number of people where on the youtube channel.
