The County Lead will be responsible for:
- Creating/adding to a database and contact list for county ISD’s

- PTA
- Watchdog
- Schoolboard
- Parenting groups
- Etc.
- Creating/adding to a database and contact list for county ISD’s School Board
- Creating/adding to a database of completed custody plans for the county (to include name, address, judge name, etc.)
- Creating/adding to a database of local business friendly organizations
- Participate/create a local fundraising plan
- Ensuring that local team has necessary media, etc. for carrying out territory goals
- Participate in Team meetings, lead individual team meetings to disseminate information, update goals, provide direction
- Lead local and state rally’s and other items specific to the movement
- Pass out literature to parents
- Coordinate targeted mail and email campaigns
